Base, Commissions, Bonus, have potiential to make good money.
Employee will work out of nearest branch location to their territory. Very little overnight-travel.
Car allowance, expenses, benefits, plus more.
Client will consider 'raw talent' for this position. Needs to be someone that is able to bring in Heavy Equipment sales in the 3-5 million dollar range annually. This is not a high 'velocity' sale, so the best personality can go weeks or months without a sale and be able to land sales of 1/2 million. This is a Face to face outside sales, driving territory.
Requirements:
Some college education, basic computer skills, basic knowledge of financing, good people skills, good driving record, background check, an affinity to the consruction industry.
Expectations:
Everyday calling on customers, reporting, ability to closs deals, establish positive relationships with customer and our company. meeting sales and commission goals.
